I had that problem for like 1-2 years. I googled it many times but could never seem to fix it. Even contacted customer support at bricks- no help. Recently I googled it again and someone suggested installing AOL desktop on the Mac. Sure enough- I installed it and if I go through AOL desktop as a browser, I can print bricks and coupons.com now. So strange- but it worked for me. I only use AOL desktop when I want to print coupons, though- don't care for it otherwise. Hope that helps!

What OS do you have? If you have the latest version that's the problem, you'll need to download the version that is earlier.

We just had that problem.

I use windows and run Explorer. Sometimes after I have downloaded a coupon printer and I use it for awhile, then it stops working, I have had to do this:
While my browser is open, I click on "Tools" (in my upper rt screen)
Then click on "manage add-ons"
Scroll down and find the name of the coupon printer. Does it say "enabled" or "disabled"? It has to say "enabled". If it says "disabled" look down below and click the enable button, then hit close.

If these directions do not help. The basic principle is that these coupon printers are "add-on" software through your browser and they need to be "enabled".

Anyone else having trouble printing SamrtSource qs?
I have tried to work with Smartsource tech help to no avail!
I am running the currrent version of JAVA (30), uninstalled old versions of JAVA (as SS tech suggested), & have double checked that JAVA is enabled in my add-ons.
Wierd thing is: I was able to print SS from the HCW forum/website but couldn't print from butterball.com or **************. Receive the same JAVA not enabled error message.
I'm wondering if it is a SS problem, or really is my 'puters.

I think my spyware scanner my have deleted some component of the coupons.com printer. Ever since the last time I ran the scanner, when I try to print coupons, it just sits on the "please wait, coupons are printing" screen but nothing ever prints. Smartsource coupons still work fine, its just coupons.com as far as I can tell.

I tried deleting the printer so I could reinstall it, but I can't find a link to install the printer on the page and trying to print coupons doesn't prompt me to install the printer. I've also tried looking on a few download sites but cannot find it. Does anyone know how I can get the coupon printer working again?

Did you notice an update available for java recently? I found that to be my problem a few times. Adobe too.
Try to uninstall java. I uninstalled java and reinstalled it then restarted the computer
then I went back to the coupon link and tried to print a coupon,,,,got the error to install the coupon printer
downloaded the sites print software and it worked.

An update for firefox? I wait until the last moment to do a firefox upgrade. It has caused coupon printer probs too.

In the past I had a software that would delete something every time it did the scan...it was a pain. Sometimes that freeware stuff isn't worth the time it takes to get the coupons back to printing. IMO

There was a firefox update recently. And java has always given me fits on this computer. I will try you fix. Thanks!

Funny you are having this issue too Maybe my ff update is my reason for my printing problems.. It is frustrating I have lost some really good ip prints because of my printer saying it is printing and nothing happens it stays in the Queue and that is it then I try to print again and I have exceeded the prints allowed but nothing has printed. :(

My Dh did some forms last night using my lap top and I though he is gonna go through the roof when he tries to print and the printer acts stupid but it seemed to work ok but I have problems when I need my coupons UGH!!
