Lots of nice people in that forum that take pity on us that can't print.

It happens! I was printing just fine with IE and then couldn't. Some smart HCWer suggested I install Firefox and now everything is hunky dory.....if it fails, I plan to go back to IE. It's a mystery why this happens.

I finally gave up on printing bricks with either IE or firefox. However, my DH suggested downloading Netscape. And guess what!!?? I can print from it with no problems!!! Woohoo!!! I am so exccited....7 months of no bricks...if I had
known it was going to be as simple as installing Netscape I would have done it months ago....go figure!! I also imported all my bookmarks from firefox, so I don't have to "find" all my old links...yahoo!!!
Away I go to print more!!

I printed 2 planters coupons and then wasn't able to print anything else. I had also printed out things from coupon.com. I am now unable to print any coupons from either of those sites. If anyone gets a line on why, I'm desperate to get my due!

Hi I have been following this thread for a while now and I have even emailed anyone associated with the site, i.e bricks and the companies who use it. I have only recieved one email back from Pillsbury and it was a canned response on security and pop up blockers...which are all turned off just so I can coupon By now Im sure we all know its not the security features on the users cp.
However, I do wonder if the coupons are just already printed out (print limit reached) by the time those of us who are having touble printing..are getting to them. Especially when there are people out there printing more than there fair share of them.

I had problems with it also, just didn't notice until after I posted it worked fine...half the bricks would print, the other half wouldn't, so I tried downloading Netscape and no luck! So I tried AOL and voila!! It works on all the sites I couldn't get to print...which were of course all the good coupons...my DH stuck his head in the door and shh'd me lol, I got too excited :P He just doesn't understand hehehe.

I was able to print coupon.com coupons just fine with any browser, but in order to print Smartsource coupons I had to use Mozilla Foxfire Browser and change my printer settings to "Print Directly to Printer".

You do this by going into Control Planel, left click on Printers, highlight Your Printer Icon then right click to drop down the menu, left click on Properties, choose the Advanced tab, down in the middle you will see where you can choose "Print Directly to Printer" choose that, then hit apply if it is highlighted and then OK.

My computer keeps this setting unless I manually change it back. Its easy to change back if you need to. Works good and coupons print nice.
Nothing seems to work with Internet Explorer browser for Smartsource coupons, but someone on one of the other threads recommended downloading the Safari Browser to print coupons they said that works too. They said there is about a 20 second delay before the coupons print, so expect the delay.
I pulled my hair out for a month trying to print SS coupons, hope this helps.

For a couple of months now I think, whenever I follow a link from here or anywhere else to print a bricks coupon, after the coupon prints it closes out not only the coupon page, but the page I linked from (like it'll close hcw if I was following a link from here). VERY annoying. Does this happen to anyone else?
