I was printing coupons with bricks without a problem. Now it says I must install coupon printer. The install seems to be complete but when i try to print it says i don't have the software installed. I have tried multiple times and it doesn't seem to work. I can't figure out whyI was able to print one day and then the next I couldn't!
For Mac Users: I just came across a discussion on the internet...thank you google! Apparently one of the blog readers contacted coupons.com and told them she was having the same problem. She found out that Mac did some kind of update that is creating a problem for Mac and coupons.com. They're waiting for a fix.
same issue here with the Mac's. I have 4 macs (2 at work, 2 at home) and none are working. Glad it is not just me, but sad that we are all experiencing it. I emailed cs at coupons.com with no reply. I hope it gets fixed fast!!!!!!!! It is hard to see all these good deals I cannot print :(
We only use Linux, which means I can't print coupons :(
I'm having problems with coupons.com/bricks, too, but my error message says that I'm using an "unsupported browser." I have the latest Firefox, and I wrote coupons.com customer service and they said that the browser shouldn't be a problem and to install the stand-alone coupon printer. I did that, but it didn't fix anything. I know several people are having problems with the software, but is anyone else getting this "unsupported browser" message? Thanks!
I tried to print some today and couldn't. The box said that only the computer administrator could install the printer. So I signed on as my husband (the admin) and it still wouldn't work. I thought it was just my computer.
I've printed a zillion in the past so I don't know what is going on.

Just an update in case you were wondering. I tried and tried again, and like most of your experiences, the Smartsource "help" was no help at all.
I gave up.
And about a month ago I got a new computer (with Windows 7 and all the latest Firefox / Java / etc), and a new printer. Smartsource works fine for me now. Who knows what exactly it was about my computer or printer that wasn't working, but it was certainly a frustrating experience.
