I can print SS... I for some reason cant print coupons.com coupons which sucks. I was able to for the longest time and in the last few days its been a no go keeps telling me to install the printer thingy. after about a billion time of installing and reinstalling it gets frustrating. im hoping to get a new printer this coming wkend. maybe a new one will work better. I hate XP sometimes but I like it better than my old PC .

i had same problem...saw somewhere to update my Java...and it worked...i can now print from coupones.com

Can someone try pin pointing this help for me. The link just takes me to this thread and I've already read about 20 of the 50 pages and am not seeing an answer to this question.

There's a coupon that I am trying to print that someone has provided a direct Bricks link to. I am using FF. When I click on the link, and hit print, it goes to the "please wait" screen and just sits there. I figured that it's probably a IE link, so I close the FF screen, open in IE and click print. Keeps asking me to install printer, over and over and over. Very frustrating.

I have the same problem.it just keeps telling me to install the coupon printer, even though I already have numerous times. I even unistalled it and reinstalled. I checked everything it is set to print directly to printer Ive tried the 3 letter changes for vi, ect.. it doesnt work.. sigh.. :(((. I have IE OS is XP .. I can print some smart source. but no coupons.com coupons it sucks big time because I hate to ask other for IPs cause I know it costs so much. but with a family with 5 kids its not easy. any help on how to fix this is greatly appreciated. the thing that bugs me is I was able to print these coupons last wk. dont know what happened:shrug7:

i've tried fire fox, IE, i've tried reinstalling printer.....everything only background images print!:sad: two weeks ago it worked fine until my last windows upgrade!!!

Has anyone having trouble recently upgraded to IE8?... Alot of the coupon sites aren't working with that program.

I was going to try this and found a coupon on here for it, but when every I try to print it, it says that it needs to install the copupon printer. It has about 40 times and just keeps doing it...any sug? Thanks! :)

I remember reading on a post about what to change in the url space if I'm printing from firefox in order to prevent the "please wait . . ." page to nowhere. Can someone redirect me there? I'm trying to print the 2.00 clean and clear bricks coupon from the database but can't through firefox.
