If you are running windows, try doing a system restore to a restore point that is before your sister messed with your computer. It will not affect any of your documents. Sometimes this can fix problems that occur after an update or before a program install------it has helped me alot of times when one of my sons has used my computer and swears that they did not change or install anything.

Here are the steps:

1. Click on Programs/All Programs (depending on which ver of Windows you are running)
2. Click on Accessories
3. Click on System Tools
4. Click on System Restore
5. Then follow the on-screen directions from there.

I was actually able to go into the printers, change my default printer and then change it back. That seemed to do the trick. I still have no idea what she did.

For some reason it keeps taking me to the install printer screen, Ive already d/l'd it and have it in there but all of the sudden all it does is take me to the "install printer thingy" anyone know how to fix this

it means you have the wrong link for you browser. There is a link for Explorer and a diff link for Firefox etc. You get that install thing over and over if its the wrong link.

There is a post somewhere on how to fix the link but I don't have a clue where...just recall seeing it.

I have tried all the wi to wg and vg suggestions and have always been able to print from all sources. Now 3 days ago, I can't print from any on any of my 3 computers. I have tried IE and firefox and both just want me to install the coupon printer. I've changed the wi before getting to the install screen. It does this even with coupons that I registered for and then came up, not just links posted by others. I'm out of ideas!!!

I changed the default printer, and changed it back, and it worked for me as well. I even tried uninstalling the printer, and reinstalling it, and that still didn't work. Working great now. Thanks

print all of coupon except 5 # under barcode???? I don't get it??:sad:

Have you printed any thing else other than coupons to make sure your printer is working?

If you know for a fact your printer is working, I have had to disconnect all the cables, unplug, leave for 5 minutes then plugged everything back in. You haven't updated your computer recently have you? Check your pop-up blockers also.

For the last few months, I can't even get all the coupons loaded on the smartsource site. I get anywhere from 6 to 8 coupons showing, mostly crummy ones. I have two computers and they both do the same. Any help out there?
