According to bricks, I have printed every coupon they offer to whatever limit I am allowed....although I have not, as I just joined HCW 6 days ago--and discovered them shortly thereafter.

I am a newbie to hotcouponworld..years ago, I used to refund and use coupons but just recently have decided to join the coupon world again! Does anyone know why, when I try to print the coupons, my computer tells me I must go in an uncheck "keep printed documents"..which I have tried numerous times to do and it keeps rechecking it back again! Nothing seems to work...my husband, who is a computer guru can't figure it out either. If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it. Otherwise, I don't guess I'll be able to print out any of the coupons.....BooHoo!!! TIA

I've been having a problem with printing the bricks coupons. It either tells me "Thank you for printing these coupons, Enjoy" even though they didn't print OR it tells me I've reached my print limit on that coupon even though I just found the offer and tried to print it for the first time . I am going to try some of the tips from previous comments and see if anything helps

Lately I have been having the exact issues like yourself. I send them an email, using their website feedback form and explain to them, that I did not receive any coupons in the past, and I really would like to receive the coupons. Most of the time they will come back and give me a direct link to print 2 coupons.

My work machine---no problem! My home one--forget it. I can't figure it out either.

Your work computer is probably highly loaded with all types of security applications. Really you should never ever try to print out any type of coupons from your work computers, but that is your decision.

On your home computer, PLEASE tell me what browser you are using, and I will try my best into helping you get the Brick's Coupons to work. PLEASE forget about Smart Source, as I have NO LUCK in getting that installer to work at all.

You can click help in the corner after it says that you have printed all your q's it will mail them to you

My experience is hit or miss. Now I get the it don't recognize my printer. My fix is after you hit print coupon the little computer pic and message saying to click here if your coupon doesn't start printing in 10 seconds, well quickly click there and they print with no "can't find your printer" message.

It always says I have already printed the coupon, when I know I haven't.

I have the EXACT same thing happen to me 75% of the time. And it's usually the really good coupons that I know I will be using soon too!

I started having trouble this morning but I thought it might be because the electricity went out yesterday during a storm. I can print anything but bricks and i have never had trouble before.

I can print some, but not the ones I really want/need. I am trying to print the Suave and it tells me I have printed the max that I can print......Grrrr
