I'm suddenly having the problem with Smartsource where it acts like its printing then puts out a blank page. This problem occurs in both IE and Firefox.

I've never previously had any problems with any printables, and haven't changed anything on my system.

I have IE8 & have not had any problems until this weekend when the Kraft coupons came up. I can't get my coupons to print. It keeps telling me I have to install the coupon printer (which I've done a zillion times) This is the message I keep getting when trying to install the coupon printer now: Failed to register COM(ActiveX)control:C:\WINDOWS\Couponprinter.ocx failure to Load Library () (126).

Does anyone know what in the world that means?? I've uninstalled it & re-installed it but nothing. I really want some of those Kraft coupons, let alone all the other wonderful coupons that are on-line. What has happened to my coupon printing ability??

i was told by my cable company that i cannot view my bill on IE 8 because they are not compatible and will not be until august! WOW! BUT my thoughts were that maybe its also not compatible with the coupon printers....I can't print this time around either...I was also wondering if it would hurt anything that I switch back to IE 7?....

I've found a coupon in the database that is a "bricks" link (can I say that?). I went to print the coupon, and it told me to install the printer. Did that, and it's still telling me that I need to install. I've done the full circle a few times now, and it seems that it installed correctly, but each time I try to load the coupon, it tells me again to install it.

Any wisdom out there? I've also had problems with a couple of other printables sites, and I may ask about those later... (Maybe it's just me... I do have Vista.)

How do I switch back? It was working on the 8 but maybe there is a clitch or something & I'd be willing to switch back. Are there directions some place telling me how to do that?

Someone PLEASE help me to figure out this coupon printer!!!
I've read the 'help' thread above and have followed all the directions on the Kraft website, but I cannot get my coupons to print.

It gives me a 'sending coupons to printer' message and I get the little green bar, that looks like it's sending them but that's as far as I get.
Nothing ever prints.

We've tried everything~cookies are allowed, the printer is on, has been added to our firewall list, we have Internet Explorer, etc.

Any ideas?
I would love to get these before they are all gone.
But am having no luck whatsoever!!
