I can print in internet explorer but not when I use firefox. hth
My work machine---no problem! My home one--forget it. I can't figure it out either.
It printed some bricks for me this morning, but this is what I had to do before it would print....
I opened my software spyware blaster and removed the check mark where it says "block all active-x in explorer" I then turned off my pop-up blocker in explorer and re-downloaded the software and printed the bricks.
After that I enabled active-x and my pop-up blocker.
Still not sure why it made me re-install this software...unless one of my spywares removed it...which is a big possibility.

Try the following (if you are using Internet Explorer 7):
1) With Internet Explorer open, go to Tools, Internet Options
2) Click on the Security tab
3) Click on the large green checkmark (labeled Trusted sites). Then click on Sites.
4) Uncheck the box at the bottom of the window labeled "Reqire server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone"
5) In the box that says "Add this website to this zone:" type in the following websites exactly as stated below (click Add after each entry):
http://bricks.coupons.com
http://www.hotcouponworld.com
6) Click on the Close button at the bottom of this window.
7) Click on OK on the next "Internet Options" window
8) Done -- try printing now.
NOTE: This worked for me but reduces the IE7 security settings for those two websites above (we are not concerned about this because we need to print coupons!)
Hi ganderson,
I followed your instructions, but it is still telling me to activate their software. I still think that it is spyware blaster's software. But no biggie to fix I will do as I did that last time to print up bricks.
Thanks for your help,
Gayle
i have problems also and it is driving me crazy!
Mine is hit or miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. However, I find if it doesn't work in Mozilla, I can usually get IE to work. Not sure why though.
I've been having trouble printing coupons, too. I thought it was because I recently upgraded the security system on my computer, but now that I read about all the other people having this problem, I'm not so sure my security system is to blame. I certainly hope someone can figure this out soon. We're losing a lot of money by not having access to our coupons!
My desktop computer is running IE and I can print all Qs. My laptop is running on Firefox and on several of them, I just get the "please wait" and it never goes off.

Once I went back to IE on my laptop, I was able to print most Qs. As soon as I did, I changed it back to Firefox. I just like the way it works so much better than IE on my computer. YMMV
