I have been having problems too. Mine are it is telling me a printed a coupon when I didn't. I did email them today and did receive a call. Unfortunately, the person I spoke to was clueless.

goes for me too! i printed one time and things were fine on that one .now itwon't allow me to print from hcw printables. i can still print fine from coupons .com

Weird, all of a sudden I'm not having any problems with it.
I haven't done anything.
It's just working now.

I had no problems with old computer with Windows ME on it. Bought new computer with Windows Vista and it works once in a great while. Always says that I already printed the coupon.

I've had the same problems described here with bricks coupons. Printed fine for a little while then stopped. This week I bought a new printer, nothing fancy, just a printer. I still get the same message about printer settings. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the coupon program with no luck.

I'm going to start e-mailing the companies that use bricks to print the coupons every time I can't print. Their intent, I'm assuming, is for us to be able to print their coupons and they are paying whoever owns bricks big money to allow and monitor the prints of specific coupons.

Sorry if none of this makes sense, I've only had a few sips of coffee this morning.

Also email bricks CS and tell them you're emailing these companies to tell them bricks coupons is not working for you.

Yesterday, I tried filling out the feedback form at bricks and gave a very lenghty explanation about the problem I've had. Hit submit and got an error message saying that my "request cannot be completed right now, please try again in a few minutes". So I tried and tried and finally got really tired of it and gave up.

This is all so confusing to me keeping up with what site is what and which coupons are available at what site and what site is responsible for what...and that statement is about as confusing as I am on the whole thing, but I do know one thing I can not print either. I have tried emailing with no response from anyone. But it is very frustrating to be told to reload the coupon printer and have it get stuck in a loop, or be told "Print limit reached" like Im some kind of print-o-holic...which Im not...yet But I too am happily watching for, and would love to participate in anyway if some is told or figures out a solution. Cause it is down right frustrating, especially since I want to print some stuff for the Kroger sales :frown:
