I've already consulted several thread to see how to fix my issues. I tried the right click in the browser window like one suggested no luck there. I also tried the special install for firefox on smart source, no dice either.

Specifically I can print from places like smart source but can't seem to print the coupon I want. Its the aveeno $2/1 and I think its a brick sheet, in database. It just will not work!

Need help asap going to the store in a bit and I need this!!!

Hey! No matter what I do I CAN'T get coupons from SS either! Hope someone can solve this! I'm losing out BIG time!

try this....this is what I had to do to be able to print them when I was having issues.

Go to your control panel and click printers
Right click on your default printer and then choose properties.
Go to the Advanced tab and make sure that the "keep printed" option is NOT checked.
Reboot and try to print a q.

Ugh! I can't print any of the coupons where it asks you to download the Coupon Activator as I get an error message that a script is missing. :frown: Does anyone else have this problem and have you figured out what the problem is and how to fix it??? Any suggestions appreciated - TIA!

Answer: For the coupon activator to download and to work on my computer I had to open HCW in Internet Explorer and then it allowed me to download the coupon activator and then to print the Qs.

Does anyone else have a problem downloading the thing called "the Coupon Activator" when you go to try to print some coupons - for instance, the Libby's canned veges - I can't print it because of this problem. :frown: I use Mozilla Firefox for a browser. Does anyone else use Firefox and is able to download the Coupon Activator? TIA.

I tried absolutely everything to print Smartsource coupons, and had never been able to print one EVER. I have 3 computers in my home and none would print them. Then I came across this thread, where someone said to download the Safari browser (like for Mac's but PC's can use it now, too!), it doesn't take up much room, and for the first time in my life, I can PRINT Smartsource coupons. Wouldn't hurt to try it.

I had tried all the options (and I am a computer tech), I tried every printer setting known to man, and this is the only thing that worked for me. I hope it works for you, too!

Hey luvncoupons

- I use Firefox for my browser - I am wondering now if that is what is prohibiting me from downloading the Coupon Activator - which is the problem I am having and is keeping me from printing certain coupons as well. I have not had any problems printing any other coupons though - just can't download the Coupon Activator :frown: How do I go from one browser to the other if I need to use more than one browser? Is there an easy way to do this? Just wondering

I don't remember which one, but one of my computers was having a problem downloading that activator awhile back, and I think it was the one I mainly used Firefox on. It would never pop up with that bar at the top, and then when I finally did get it to, it supposedly downloaded, but it didn't work. I don't know why there has to be a problem with what browser you use, but I tried IE, Firefox and Opera and none of them would print.

I actually have all 4 browsers on the computer I am on now. There's really no problem to have another and switch. Whatever one you use, will ask you if you want it to be the "default browser" to use all the time, just say "no" if you want to keep your original. You could just open up Safari and paste the link in for the coupons you want to print, or go to smartsource.com. I read where some people were using the Safari, strictly for printing the SS coupons. I don't know why it works, but it does, at least for most of us.

I'll have to try Safari for smartsource. I cannot get coupons to print from Smartsource in IE or firefox.
