Hello fellow savers,
I am hoping to get some insight as how others have installed the coupon printer. I have followed the directions several times but am still not sucessful in printing the coupons. And my computer says that it is installed. Any suggestions?

I've been printing coupons, and lst night while printing it kept having intall the coupon printer. No coupons ever printed. Anyone else have this problem and how can i fix it?!

I had to click the right mouse button in the brwser window and click "display like firefox" it is the 5th line down that pops up, for me..... worked when I had the same problem.

I have the same problem. I miss out on so many coupons. I really want the 1.00 off Barber chicken and cant get it :(

There are some coupons that I can not get to print in Firefox, but I can print them using Internet Explorer.

I have the same problem. In fact, I was just trying to print Lysol coupons from Homesolutions and it kept saying it was printing but never did. When I looked at their help menu it kept talking about having a certain plug-in but there was nowhere on their site that offered it. Anyone know where I can find the plug in for HomeSolutions? They have lots of good coupons for things I actually use!

I've found that it can be anything from your browser, to the way your computer works. When I print, I often have to download the coupon printer each time. Also, when you go to do a new coupon, it often doesn't register the current coupon printer you have, and have to download another one.

Once you download it, have you gone and "opened" it up? Sometimes you have to "install" them, like you would any other downloaded application.
Try finding where you downloaded it, and click on it to open it, if there are no prompts, then try to go print the coupon...

I was having problems with it too! It kept sending me in a "circle"! DH ended up downloading Mozilla Firefox (free) and now I use that w/o any problems. Good luck!
