Household Research Survey?

I got a survey in the mail about the products that I use. It claims that I will be sent coupons in the mail as a thank you for my participation. Has anyone done this? Is it legit? Do I really want my name and address on a list like this? I will definitely do it if it's worthwhile, but I can't help but wonder about any negatives.

It came in a brown envelope from Laura David, Consumer Research Center. Inside the title is Consumer Product Survey of America. It's totally a form letter.

I've filled it out several times for my mom. Usually a few months later, you get envie in the mail. The last batch of coupons were really good. There was a high value pledge cpn ($3/1), plus some samples (ziploc steam bag and pledge multi-surface wipe). Since the survey comes in my moms name, I havent' noticed an increase in junk mail (she hardly gets mail, just her dr bills and a cc offer here or there), if thats what you are concerned about.

i did return it twice now and received NOTHING! I was quite bummed, but what can ya do. Better luck to you!

I have done this once last year. I finally got the coupons a few months after completing the survey and in my opinion they were junk coupons. Nothing for grocery or household that I would actually use. Wasn't worth my time filling out the survey. I did not get alot of extra junk mail afterwards though.

I've done this before and the coupons I got in return were not worth the effort, JMO.

Yup! I just got this in my mail about two days ago. Sent out the filled form today!

I just got one of these in the mail today. I am not sure what to do, though! It looks like the survey is long if the coupons aren't worth it.

Anybody done this recently?
