Printing Coupons

Can someone tell me if I need to print IPQ's in color or can I print them in black and white? I have 2 different printers and one only prints in black and white and the other in color. I hate wasting my color ink if I do not have too. What are your thoughts? If I print in just black and white will it look like I photocopied them? Thanks in advance for the help and advice.

I always print mine in black and white. I also print mine in draft form so that I use less ink. I never have a problem with them scanning. I also print the coupons on recycled paper (the paper was used for something else and I just flip it over and send it through the printer when I print off coupons).
