Re: Costco Changes their Return Policy. I bought a vacuum there and it stopped working after three months. I was in the middle of selling our house so I needed a vacuum. They took it back, no problem, and let me get a new one. I really appreciate their customer-friendliness. I go there with my kids all the time and I always feel welcome.
BTW, my aunt said one Costco customer service person told her that someone tried to return the fat portion from meat for the cost/pound and another person tried to return flowers that had died (after two weeks!). That's really bad. |
