I took advantage of the beer deal, too--after I saw that they doubled the $1 off q the first time, I went back for a second deal! At my Copps, on top of the free ketchup and free Jay's chips, they also had a party pack of brats for $3.88, which I had a $2 off coupon for, so I got the beer for 12.99, brats for 1.88 (!!!), free chips and free ketchup X2!

Here's my summary for both transactions:

(I didn't plan to do two orders--I would have saved one of my 1.00 q's from above had I planned it right, but oh well!)

Overall, I paid about half, and considering I bought two cases of beer, that is pretty darn good!

My pick n save won't take IP over $1 so I can't use the $3 planters there.
I did okay. 3 orders. Used my $1 vocal point coupons on special k waffles also doubled yogurt and M$M ice cream bars(treat) . over all I saved 72% so I was happy. thanks to everyone for helping each other out!

Wow, you all did great, well...I got lots of hassle yesterday...my Copps didn't take IP coupon over $1 value so I didn't do the planters.

I tried to use the Free Kraft Singles cheese coupon wyb (3) kool aid, etc..so I got (3) kool aid envelopes and the Kraft Singles cheese and the cashier turned me down on that, she said the register said "items not found", I was like..huh, then she looked at the coupon and said it has to be the full size Kool Aid (like the canister ones) and not the Kool Aid envelopes, and bla bla bla..I just told her to void them and go on with all my other items..so I wasn't happy yesterday..I know I should call the manager but the line behind me was long and the store was busy so I let it go.

How do you guys use this coupon? Is the register beeped and the cashier have to override it? And if so, how do you explain it to them?
I tried to show her it's good on any size except single serve and the kool aid envelopes was not for single serve, but she didn't believe it and gave me more excuses.
I didn't really pay attention if the register beeped yesterday, I only knew she told me it said "items not found" on her register, I didn't actually see the wording at the register..

Please help as I'd like to use this coupon next time :)

cpnsgirl03 - Sorry you had problems! It's a valid Q. For heavens sake Kool-Aid is one of the pictures on the coupon. On the back of the envelope it says serves 8, so it's not single serve.
I have not had any problems. You do need to know the price of the item since it's free, they have to manually enter the amount. Maybe that's why it said items not found. Try a different cashier, or go to the service counter.
