I'm trying to come up with alternate uses for the 58 toothbrushes I currently have in my stockpile....my dh would kill me if I brought home more, lol!

My hubby would roll his eyes. I was thinking about rummaging some of my products this year. While I hate hosting rummage sales, I was thinking I could put a quarter on everything and set my 4 yr old up for the sale.

To Klystone - Alternate uses for toothbrushes: they are great for cleaning small or hard to get to areas; pass them out for Halloween instead of candy thus avoiding the need to buy anything for that occassion; stocking stuffers for all your relatives.

To Deja Vu - I personally will never have another rummage/garage sale. However, maybe your 4 yr old could have a kool aid stand with all that free kool aid with the $3 off planters pnts deal that's around. Much more fun. Could try and sell the toothbrushes at the same time, since you need to get the sugar off your teeth! LOL

I sold toothbrushes at my rummage this spring for 50 ¢ and they went like wild fire.

Thanks for the heads up, the last time I got Gum toothbrushes was at P&S last fall. You can never have enough free toothbrushes. My hubby mubbled something about too much crap when he saw the 1/2 full bin of toothbrushes. When the bin gets too full to close, I donate some of my least favorite styles. For my spring egg hunt each child got a gift bag with a toothbrush and listerine smart rinse to go with the candy in the eggs.

Great idea with the easter egg hunt. As a mom of three I always appreciate things like that. I only have one left in the house, he's 17. Will be a grandma someday tho, I'm sure I can find a great use for the free toothbrushes too!
Going tomorrow for double coupons, have 5 good ones. I have 4 of the Gum will use as a freebie and not for the doubling.
