I turned in my receipt for my $5 GC today. That was fun. I hope we get another promotion to play with soon. Mine was about 75% OOP since I've really been behind on getting q deals together. I'll do better next time :)

So I need your opinions here....I turned mine in...a big whopping $11.00...the 1% was a bit low, but hey, I am not looking a gift horse in the mouth! (Thank you Rainbow for having this promotion)..WWYD? Would you use the GC for a big order.....My usual bills are in the $160 - $180 range...or would you use it for a smaller bill...for instance, I have to go pick up last minute items today for our NYD dinner, will prolly end up spending about $50 or a bit more. I never know what would be the most cost effective when using the GCs....I won't be using any Qs with this shopping trip since most of the stuff is fresh veggies/herbs that I need to pick up.

Um if you spend that much I'm not thinking it matters how you spend your $11 kwim? Keep on couponin'.......you'll get that bill down. ;)

I got a $9 GC and used it the next time I shopped. I don't see how it matters when you use it as long as you use it on stuff you would normally buy anyway.

Yea that is an every two week bill and it is with usually about $40 in coupons and alot of fresh veggies and meat. It is still kinda high...but we are still working on it.
