QUESTION Roundys Rewards Cards and Upromise?

If anyone does Upromise - have you been able to add your new Roundys Rewards card to the Upromise system? I tried it today and it wouldn't let me - said the card number didn't have the correct number of characters.

I got my new Roundys Rewards card back in December and never realized that I didn't add the card number to my account, so I went in today and it will not accept the number.

Anyone else experience this? Are Copps/PNS cards no longer valid on Upromise since they are now Roundys Rewards?

    Thanks!

I've had the same experience and haven't fixed it yet. (I tried a few weeks ago.) Copps/PNS was always Roundy's so it shouldn't be that. I'm thinking perhaps once Roundy's gets settled with the new card, that Upromise will catch up.
