This deal is good Sunday June 7th-Saturday June 13th. I have a MQ for Buy 2 Dove shampoo or conditioners, get 1 Dove styling aid free.(All of these products are part of promotion). Can I count the Dove styling aid price(3.50) as part of my $15 total toward the deal? If so, can I use coupons for $ off the Dove styling aid as well? Appreciate the help!

Yes the $3.50 styling aid will count towards the deal because the $15 is before coupons.

No, you cannot use another MC for the styling aid because you already got it free. HOWEVER, you could use another 2 MCs to reduce the price of the 2 dove shampoos/conditioners, if your store allows that -- some do and some don't.

Thanks so much for the help. I do have $1 coupons for the shampoo products and I know that I can use them at my Pick N Save as I've stacked those type of coupons before.This deal is working out quite nicely for Wednesday Doubles!

I have a question about the deal too. I bought 3 shampoos, 1 conditioner, and 1 styling aid. Before coupons they totaled $17.50. My cat didn't print, so I went home and checked the page advertising the deal. I bought the Dove Frizz Control Therapy Taming Cream that was on-sale also at $3.50. Unfortunately, it's 4 oz and NOT the 7-9.25 oz products included in the promotion.

Can I go to PNS and exchange the styler I bought for an item included in the promotion and get my $5 catalina? The only reason I bought the Dove items at PNS was to get the deal.

I just don't want to be the "PITA coupon lady" which I think I already am. Last week, I spent 20 minutes in customer service because the price on my receipt wasn't correct. Instead of the cashier subtracting 2 $2 coupons that wouldn't scan correctly, he added them on to my bill. It took forever for me to explain to CS and then they gave me $4 and I had to explain again that they owed me $8 total since I was overcharged $4 and owed money for the $4 coupons that were in their drawer. *sigh*

I went to PNS today and bought the Dove products and the catalina didn't print for me either. I went to CS and they tried to tell me it was because I used coupons but they rang it up without coupons and it still didn't print. No one could figure out why but they gave me $5 in cash and they were going to call Catalina to figure it out. I don't know if you can exchange your products and still get the $5 but it is worth a shot. I wouldn't have bought them either if I didn't get the $5 back. I know I am the PITA coupon lady but my SIL is the CS manager there so everyone knows they have to be nice to me.

It's worth a shot. Do I need to bring the ad to CS or are they aware that there is a deal going on? When I mentioned it to the cashier, she just looked at me for a second and then resumed gossiping to another employee. So, I'm not sure how if they know what's going on or not.

They should have a copy of the ad at CS that they can look in but if your ad changes tomorrow like mine does then you might want to bring yours along. When I told my cashier that I should have had a $5 catalina print out she just said "Well, I don't know why it didn't print". Like I was just going to say OK and go on my way. I went in again this afternoon to do another transaction and had problems again. This time the cashier dropped my coupons so they were all out of order and then she didn't let me use a cents off coupon with a BOGO deal and she missed one coupon so I had to go to CS again. If I hadn't been paying attention I would have been cheated out of $7.00 today.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with catalinas not printing for you on the Dove Deal. I bought 2 dove conditioners, 1 styling aid and 1 beauty bar 6 pack. I had a Buy 2 shampoo/conditioners,get styling aid free coupon, $1 coupon off each conditioner(both doubled) and $1 coupon off beauty bar pack(which doubled) and I received my catalina without a problem. However I had problems with the last unilever products that offered $ back OYNO and the deal with buying $20.00 worth of P&G products, get $5 back OYNO- neither one of those printed. Each time I went to the service desk and they scanned an item from the deals for me and forced the catalinas to print. The last time the lady at the service desk actually printed up a higher value catalina for me by accident but told me to just keep it "for all the trouble I went through". That was nice!

Wow. I'm not the only one having problems then. DH and I went in last night (I didn't go to CS because I wimped out) and the bagger who was the checker last week and messed up the transaction (and according to CS messed up the transactions for 3 previous people that morning) didn't give us our meat that we paid for. When DH went back to get it, they had put it back to resale! DH had to walk back to the meat department to get our meat back off the shelves.
