Buying gift cards & stamps for double coupons?

Still new to doubling coupons and shopping at PNS. Just a disclaimer here: I am not trying to do anything illegal or unethical, I'm just asking about the policies and how this works.

Does Pick N Save sell USPS stamps?

If so, does buying stamps count towards the $25 for doubling coupons?

Does buying gift cards count towards the $25 for doubling coupons?

Again, not trying to do anything shady, but with Father's Day and Graduations coming up, it's good to know these things before purchasing gifts.

At one time the ad stated that Tobacco, Liquor, lottery tickets and gift cards did not count towards the $25.00 but I don't have an ad with me so I'm not sure what the latest restrictions are. I doubt that they have removed that restriction though.

actually, I don't think they print the restrictions in the paper anymore, so maybe there are not any restrictions?
I have used alcohol to get to $25. never knew it was excluded

someone posted this in another thread. I would say you are good to go on the gift cards. I am not sure on the stamps cause I don't know if they sell them.

Manufacturers' coupons will only be doubled on Wednesday beginning June 11th through September 10th, 2008
Customers must present their Advantage Plus Savers Club Card at the time of checkout to double manufacturers' coupon values.
Customers must spend $25 in a single transaction to double manufacturers' coupons. ( $25 is before tax, and after store coupons Advantage Plus Savers Club discounts.) NO expired coupons accepted.

Only manufacturers' coupons with a face value of $1.00 and under can be doubled.

A LIMIT OF 5 manufacturers' coupons in total can be doubled.

Manufacturers' coupons with a face value greater than $1.00 cannot be doubled.
No Cash back will be given
Does not apply to manufacturers' coupons that are not valid for doubling.
Does not apply to alcohol and tobacco manufacturers' coupons.
