SAD I wrote PnS today via their website...

I wrote PnS today via their website, regarding coupons. Mind you, my regular PnS store is Delafield/Nashotah. Nowhere is it mentioned that internet printables are excluded from doubling (unless noted on the coupon itself). Here is their response:

Thank you for taking the time to contact Roundy's with your Double coupon concern.

Double Coupon Daze is held every Wednesday at the discretion of each Store Director. The guidelines below are the general guidelines to be used. But as stated it is at the discretion of each Store Director

You may use coupons up to $1.00 and only 5 coupons may be doubled per one shopping trip.

PNS and Copps customers must have their Pick 'n Save Advantage Plus Card or Copps Key Savings Card to receive double manufacturer's coupons.

Customer must spend $25 in a single transaction to qualify for double Manufacturer's coupons. The $25 minimum purchase is after tax and after store coupons (i.e., when the cashier hits the total key).

Only manufacturer's coupons with a face value of $1.00 and under will be doubled. Manufacturer's coupons with a face value greater than $1.00 will not be doubled (i.e., if a customer has a $1.25 coupon, it will not double).

No cash back will be given.

Alcohol and tobacco manufacturer's coupons may not be doubled.

Again, thank you for contacting Roundy's. We appreciate your patronage and hope this information helps.

TY for sharing that. It's good to know that some decisions have been left up to store management. I have a friend who's manager has decider people can no longer split orders, unless you have a WIC card.

I usually shop at the one in Hartland/Delafield/Nashotah, depends on what address you look at! LOL I don't know if they're all starting to get that way.

Emmie, which Oconomowoc store gave you trouble today?

Now they're going to not let us split orders?! I do a maximum of two orders b/c they give me such a hard time with coupons now. What is going on?! Seriously? :hectic1: I can't shop the Pig b/c they don't take internet nor double, and I haven't been over to Sendik's since I started doing this a year ago. Wish we had a Super Wal-Mart like the one on County Line/Appleton in Menomonee Falls area.

Ugh.

are the deals that much better at superwalmart? The letter was pretty vague and tells you that each store can do what they want. I like how the $25 is AFTER tax though!!! that means I don't have to scramble so hard when I am pennies away pre-tax!
