DD3 Rainbow Jan 25 - 31

I picked up the instore ad....it has quite a bit in it. Too much for me to type.

There's a Copps, Pick'n Save or Rainbow manufacturers coupon for $1 off any Dole Frozen Fruit pkg, X 3/1/09
And a Hallmark B3G1 instore coupon

I suppose the General Mills cereal deal is in the regular ad:
Buy Six General Mills boxes at regular price and get $10 off.
I went and looked at the cereals, the cheapest that had the ad on the price sticker was $2.99 and that was on the smallest box of cheerios.
Maybe one other cereal was $2.89, but I can't remember.

Not sure if our deals were the greatest out there but this is some of the stuff we got today at Rainbow.

-The BOGO Brownberry bread - DH fav - $3.99 for 2 loaves
-4 Yoplait Light yogurts - 49 cents each plus $1/4 IP so 24 cents each
-Breyers icecream BOGO - $1/2 coupon so $4.99 for 2
-Fisher peanuts - 3/4.98 -$1 coupon so one for 66 cents
-Wholly Salsa and Guac - Guac at $2.49 get salsa free ($2.99) and used 2 $1 off coupons so 49 cents for both
-also used the Ortega coupon 75cents/2 with the 25% off ortega products

I realize I could have gotten the yogurt, peanuts, and salsa/guac for free if I used the double coupons on Wednesday but this is my only shopping day until the weekend so I had to go today.

Back page has Dean's dip BOGO, save $2.09. There is a $1/2 in yesterdays SS. Doubled on Wednesday this would make 2 for $.09.

The $1 one next to the .50 in the 1/18 smart source says $1 off guac or
salsa can use it on both. The pics are confusing.

I made a run at lunch I wanted to get the fisher peanuts but they had none. so I got a raincheck. I got the Deans dip for .09 for 2 with the double coupons. Also got the wholly guac and salsa and used 2 coupons and worked fine it even doubled one of them. I bought the weight watchers 5 for $10 and the ground round thought they were good deals also. Will try another one on the way home to try to ge the nuts.

Dove Icecream bars are 2/$5, I'm pretty sure I have some coupons from previous packages for either $1/1 or $1/2...so doubled will end up with either .50˘ or $1.50 a box.

Arm & Hammer Fresh'n Soft dryer sheets, 3/$7.98 = $2.66 each
ARM & HAMMER® - Jill’s Secret Solutions has coupons if you sign up, $1/1 100ct or larger fabric softener sheets (or laundry detergent)
= $1.66 w/o doubling, .66˘ w/ doubling

Am I doing this General Mills cereal right?

Cheerios (for example) $3.00 ±

$3 x 6 boxes = $18.00

get $10 off your order = $8.00

Then for coupons....sheesh there's no good insert coupons are there?
For cheerios I have $1/3
So $6 for 6 boxes
Or doubling the $1/3 coupon is $4 for 6 boxes.

And since the $10 is a store discount, I bet the total for the $25 isn't the $18, but the $8.00

Well aint that a pile of poo!
