Roundy's Food Stores internet printable policy

Internet printed coupons are accepted with one exception to value:

FREE product coupons will not be accepted at Roundy's food stores.

Coupons printed from the internet must be legitimate, printed in color or black and white and have the following:

• manufacturers coupon printed on coupon
• bar-scan code
• current expiration date
• water mark
• website where printed must be on coupon

Internet printed coupons may be accepted in any denomination with the exception of FREE under the following guidelines:

• It is at the discretion of each individual Store Director to decide what values are accepted at his/her store.
• This may or may not be posted.
• It is the stores right to refuse any printable coupon at any time.

It is your responsibility to know, and follow your individual stores policy regarding internet printable coupons and the rules of HCW.

Knowing and/or posting your stores policy and subsequently posting that you have or plan to use internet printable coupons against store policy is against Hot Coupon World rules and is subject to the warning/infraction system.

Copps / Pick N Save / Rainbow Foods - It's got to be real

One of HCW's goals is to help in the fight against fraudulent, fake & unauthorized coupons from being posted on our site.

In order to keep you informed about your favorite Copps/Pick'nSave/Rainbow store be sure to check this thread for any Copps/Pick'nSave/Rainbow store coupons that are unapproved for posting. We will update this thread as necessary to let you know if a particular coupon is being researched & the outcome of that research.

HCW also has an "Its Got To Be Real" Forum located HERE. Be sure to check this forum for all the latest on Manufacturer coupons that are known to be counterfeit or info that may be posted about websites that are not allowed to be linked to, etc. In this forum you will also find all kinds of helpful info & tips on how to spot these types of coupons.

Is It Fake, Is It Real, Can I Post It? You can report a coupon to be researched using the forms found HERE.

Please Note:

1. If you see someone on HCW offering a coupon you know or suspect to be counterfeit, please use the red triangle at the bottom left corner of their post to send a report to the HCW Staff.
2. Discussions regarding the usage of counterfeit coupons is not allowed at HCW & is subject to the Warning / Infraction System.

A friend of mine told me that her Pick n' Save store (Appleton, I beleiev) accepts expired coupons for 30 days after ex date. She asked at the service counter and also mentioned it to the cashier and got the same response - okay for 30 day after.

It doesn't hurt to ask at your service counter for the individual store policy.
