Which region's ads goes first?

It looks like NE WI ads are running sun-sat and SE WI ads are running Thurs-Wed. Historically, the ads have been the same just the dates are different (and that the NE region has gone first). Can anyone tell who is going first now?

I never know around the holidays. It LOOKS though, like NE is still first when they aren't running some holiday sale ad or a repeat of the last week's ad.

I could be wrong.
