On the back page of the ad there's a thing that says
"Buy any 5 of the selected McCormick items get a $1 energized buy coupon" on your CRT
It only shows black pepper and brown gravy, but below it repeats the thing above about stuff being 50% off.

I don't know the price of Kemps Plus 1/2gallon milk, or if there's milk laws again doubling coupons for milk...but the $1/1 peelies that were on the front of our newspapers a while back might be able to be doubled for more cheap milk.

I can confirm that the whole-wheat flour IS included in the sale!!

The Ronzoni pasta are BIGI, and there are $1/1 coupons, as billig mentioned in the OP. I had 3 $1/1 coupons, so that made for 6 free boxes of pasta!

Starkist Creations pouches are $2.09, and there are $1/1 coupons in the database, Not free, but close!

Also, in the air freshner aisle of the Eagan Rainbow, there were coupons in a little cardboard box for $1/1 Glade jar candle, scented oil candle, or scented oil candle refill - all cinnamon gingerbread flavor. I believe the refills are only $2.19 there, and the jar candles are a similar price, so they might be nice coupons to use closer to the holiday season. Cheap presents!
