Default Raisin Applesauce Spice Mix Cookies
I have an overabundance of raisins (sunmaid, $1/2), applesauce (Mott's $1.25/3) and cakemix (Betty Crocker, forget what the coupon was!) so I was excited when I found this recipe in the Cake Mix Doctor. It's yummy... and even more so with a bit of cream cheese frosting on top!


1 spice cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c applesauce
1 c raisins
1/2 c oil

Mix all together. Bake at 350 for 12-15 min. Cool. Frost if desired. Yum!
