Sweet Minglers
serves 16
Ingredients:
1 package semisweet chocolate morsels
¼ C creamy peanut butter
6 C Crispix cereal
1 C powdered sugar
½ C peanuts, optional
In a large, microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate on high for 1 minute. Stir and heat 30 seconds loner on high or until completely melted when stirred.
Stir in the peanut butter and peanuts (if desired) until the peanut butter is combined with the chocolate.
Gently stir in the Crispix until it is evenly coated.
Place the powdered sugar in a large 2 gallon plastic ziploc bag. Add the freshly coated cereal, and close the bag. Gently toss the cereal mixture until the powdered sugar evenly covers the chocolate.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
