I LOVE PUMPKIN RECIPES!!!! can I use canned pumpkin? TIA
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
1 cup pumpkin
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 bag chocolate chips
Cream butter and sugar together; beat in egg, pumpkin and vanilla. In seperate bowl, mix and sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture; mix well. Add chocolate chips, mix thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoons onto well greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from cookie sheet while still warm. Cool on racks.
These will stay soft if stored in airtight container.
*You can bake them on a baking stone, if you like, without greasing the stone*

Yes, canned pumpkin is what I use!! They are so yummy and moist!! People are always asking for more!
