Mexican Wedding Cakes

Mexican wedding cakes
2 sticks butter (softened)
1/4 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla *i use vanilla and nut extract
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix butter, powdered sugar and vanilla add flour, salt and walnuts. Roll into 1 inch balls bake 325 for 15-20 mins (16 works best for my oven) let cool a bit roll in powdered sugar!! YUMMY makes between 30-40 cookies (depending on how good you are at rolling the cookies into the right size).
