Organic Raisin Bran Butter Cookies

From Kellogg's new organics:

1 cup organic butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup organic flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 cups Kellogg's Organic Raisin Bran

Combine butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until very light and fluffy; add flour, salt and vanilla; mix well; stir in Raisin Bran cereal.

Drop onto greased baking sheets by level tablespoon, flatten with fork.

Bake at 375 F for 15 minutes. Cook on wire rack.
