you will need 2 boxes nessco peppmint patties
2 boxes nessco raspberry patties
1 box ritz crackers
2 containers dipping chocolate
preheat oven to 350

line a baking sheet with wax paper

line each with rows of ritz crackers single layer, place one of the patties on top of each ritz, top each with 1 ritz pop in oven for about 10 mins or until the chocolate begins to melt.

take out and let cool, dip each in the dipping chocolate and set in freezer until set. great cookies!
