| Re: Totino's and Jeno's pizza recalled due to E. coli I didn't see this in any previous post, so I thought I'd add it, in case anyone needs it. For more information, contact General Mills at 1-800-949-9055.

| Re: Totino's and Jeno's pizza recalled due to E. coli i've decided i'm just going to throw away the 3 i have in the freezer. there are coupons on the boxes- i'll cut those out and call it even. saving $1 on chex mix pays me back for the pizza, lol!
it does remind me why cooking from scratch, growing my own, and buying local is best, though! guess this is a wake-up call for me!!!

| Re: Totino's and Jeno's pizza recalled due to E. coli I called the toll-free number this morning to find out about the pizza rolls and there was a recording that stated that no other products are affected except the 2 announced. I still don't feel totally good about giving my kids the pepperoni pizza rolls, though. |

| Re: Totino's and Jeno's pizza recalled due to E. coli Goodness, I hope it doesn't include Pizza rolls! Although with the amount of pizza rolls my kids have consumed they may have built up a tolerance! |

"Lunch meat" type meats are renown for the kinds of bacteria they can harbor. That's why most places that produce bologna, salami, pepperoni, and the like have their own microbiology lab in place. They actually culture the meat and see if anything pathogenic grows. Although it's usually not E. Coli but Listeria.... |

and dh did also discreetly 'report' that employee to the manager before we walked out of that store- without having purchased a thing!
