"Following the death of 10-day-old Avery Cornett in Lebanon, Missouri, Walmart is voluntarily recalling Enfamil Newborn brand of infant formula. While a sample has been sent to the FDA for testing, Walmart is pulling Enfamil Newborn Here are the product details:

-12.5-ounce cans of Enfamil Newborn powder: lot number ZP1K7G

This is a recall triggered by Wal Mart, and not by Enfamil manufacturer Mead Johnson. If you purchased Enfamil Newborn infant formula, contact your local Walmart for a refund."

This is horrible. I can't wait to find out what the testing reveals.

The testing came back that the bacteria was not in the formula! They were gonna test the water that the parents used and also check the rest of the babys bottles to see if they were contaminated from the manufacter! So this is gonna be a blame game I do believe! But Mead Johnson is usually the first to pull if they think there is a problem!!
