Important - Fisher Price Recall - Check Your 75% Off Finds

I posted this in the 75% off toys thread but I am also posting it here because it is that important.

Several of the items I saw and/or bought today were for sale at Target as a part of the 75% off clearence are a part of a major recall by Fisher Price.

PLEASE check . . . There is some confusion because the site does say if they were purchased after May 1st there is an issue. Now the stuff from Target clearence has been around since after Christmas and the last clearence but you can never be too safe. I read that hold times are over 30 minutes if you call.

If at the bottom you check "I think I own one or more of these products" they will email you complete details to figure out if yours is affected (so you don't have to wait on hold). If yours is one of the recalled toys, and you return it, you will get a voucher for the regular retail price, so you could do quite well if you only paid 25%.

When I was at T this afternoon they were checking all the clearance stuff to see if it was on the recall list.

When I was there tonight, they had pulled everyone single FP toy that was on the recall and was posting signs all over the toy section regarding the toys and where to take them. I love my target as they found out this morning about it and was there all day weeding out all the toys.
