    I know this is a semi-old thread, but I've had mine since 2008 and I love it. I've never had children and I have a tipped uterus so insertion was difficult (took 30 minutes instead of 5 or 10) but I don't get a period, which is a definite bonus. If I can get another one I will when my five years is up. Never had any issues.
