Well I went ahead and got the 1%. We usually get 1/2% of regular milk and I know I can't stand to drink skim of regular milk, so I wasn't so sure about getting the fat free versions. So far I've only had it on cereal and didn't notice any difference....truth will tell when i have a straight up glass of it. Kids had it and didn't say a word (of course I didn't tell them it was different either).

Now that you reminded me about Omega3 being fish oil I'm gonna have a hard time convincing myself to try it and be open minded. LOL
