Kleenex Hand Towels

Okay, talk to me about the Kleenex hand towels. Has anyone used them? Is it worth using the $1/1 q's that just came out today?

I tried them as a novelty. I liked their convenience and they were great in the laundry room when my hands are always wet and I need something quick. HOWEVER, they did not dispense well for me. After about 1/2 the box, the next towel would not pop out of the opening and I would have to fish around in the box to find the next one. I thought that maybe it was just a random fluke the first 2 times, but after that, it happened about every other towel. So, I will take them for extremely cheap or free, but I probably wouldn't spend much on them.

Hmmm, do you know what the average price for them is?

Oh I got a dozen boxes of these free some months back. Loved them but then again they were free. There aren't many in the box so I'd stick with a roll unless they were FREE

I am thinking that they were $2 or $2.50 a box?

I think they were $2.99 at HT the last time I checked. Too pricy for me.

I got some when they were free, but I wouldn't pay much for them. They're just overpriced paper towels. They were cute when I had guests though, as they fit in the towel rack and dispense easily instead of having a towel hanging.

If you hang it on the towel bar, it works. Other than that, not worth it as it's more a PITA for company than anything else. It's more sanitary but creates more waste. Expensive for everyday use.
