help with yoplait gogurt please

I can get the 8 pack box really cheap right now so i want to stock up but the tube says to consume within 7 after the sell by date even if frozen. Have you ever had them frozen longer than that and are they just as good? I use other things way past the date but dariy products worry me...

I personally just think they are covering their butts with that wording...but I really don't know. I'd hate to be the one to tell you....Oh go ahead! It will be fine! lol.

I got them BOGO once with coupons, and I stocked up and they were in the freezer for a long time... they were still fine when they came back out (probably through at least a whole month after the date). I've also eaten other yogurt that's been frozen well beyond the date and it's been fine. My kids LOVE frozen gogurt, too-they don't just let it thaw in their lunches. They're like yogurt-cicles. :)

I've had these in my freezer for 3 months at a time and they're always fine. I don't know if I'd go much longer than that though.

thanks, i got 26 boxes but I dont think they will last more than 3 months.
