I have 2 different steam mops, and I love them both! My only suggestion would be to buy extra pads, I use 2 or 3 in one cleaning (my house is almost all tile, except in the bedrooms). One is a Monster, and the other one is a Euro-Pro. The Euroflex Monster EZ1 Floor Steamer/Cleaner was more expensive (much like the Haan you're seeing now), and puts out a little more steam than my Euro-Pro, but I like them both.

I just recently got the Bissel Steap Mop and really like it. I have only used it a handful of times on our wood floors but I notice the floors really look clean and hold the "clean look" for a while. I seriously think that the lack os using any chemical cleaners helps on that. I have two dogs and two small kids so my floors look dirty right after I clean them usually but not when I use the Bissel steam mop.

I have the shark pro.... it is a bit older model than what you see now... it is like a canister vacuum cleaner. I love it. I have stone tile floors every where but the bedrooms and I use my steamer about every two weeks... my floors look new and they are about 7 yrs old. I would like one of the newer ones but this works so well..... I can't give it up.

I have the Shark Pro as well and I HATE it. Its hard to use , it doesnt clean well, it doesnt spot clean well, its a piece of junk that I wasted way too much money on even after a coupon at Kohls.

I have a Shark Deluxe steam mop. Although I'm quite happy with it, it does have some cons.

    Pros:

    ~No cleaning solution needed
~Fast set-up and ready to go within a couple minutes
    ~Lightweight with a long cord
~No other things to drag around with it, like a bucket

    Cons:

~As previously mentioned, not good at spot cleaning. I find myself having to scrape stuff off the floor with my fingernail that the Shark can't get loose.
~Only two out of the five cleaning pads (the ones marked in blue) work correctly on my hardwood floors. The others constantly come loose from the velcro with each mop stroke and it drives me crazy.
~Leaves a weird streakiness on my hardwood floors

But for me, the pros outweight the cons.

I also have a shark (not the new Pro, though) and i LOVE it. i have hardwood floors throughout the house with tile downstairs, and the shark does great on all of it. We had a new years party at our house (because of the lack of carpet) and the following morning our shoes were sticking to the floors, the shark got it all up with no additional scrubbing and it only took two pads. On the tile it des great, even when cleaning stuff in the tile grout. The cord isn't quite long enough for me to be able to clean up the stairs, so i always have to plug it in downstairs, and move it half way up but that is my only complaint. well worth 75 bucks!!

    I have the shark also.

It cleans my hardwood floors just fine, but I still prefer my Swiffer :)

I just bought the eureka enviro steam mop and tried it out yesterday, the thing works great! my only complaint was the mop base was so large i couldn't get under cabinet overhangs to clean. I plan on using mine weekly in our entire bottom floor, but will probably do the kitchen/foyer 2 times a week as that is where the house gets dirtiest. I've heard the bissell and steamfast are pretty good too.
New baby in the house so I am couponing lightly!
