    Default Fiber One Yogurt

Ok, I like yogurt a lot and eat most kinds with no problem. However, while trying the Fiber One yogurt, I noticed a little problem. While the yogurt tastes good, especially the key lime, it gave me a lot of gas. Has anyone else experienced this?

I was reading up on line and apparently it's a common problem with this yogurt. I think it's the chicory root (inulin) in it. I now try to stay away from this brand of yogurt, but the cereal is good.

Oh wow. That is too funny. I'd be tempted to call just because I'd be curious to hear what they have to say!

So did you call, that's funny? I don't know why, but it's only the yogurt that is worse for me. The other Fiber One products aren't as bad.

perhaps drink more water? That normally helps with fiber related gas...
