Zappos, incredible service!

I hope I am putting this in the right place..sorry if not!

Anyway...I had to toot a horn about this..Thursday evening my DD told me about a pr of boots she wanted for Christmas that were on zappos.com, I ordered them at 10 PM that evening. Before I went to bed I had a tracking number..ok..impressed...BUT, would you believe they were delivered to my house by 1:15 PM the next day!!!? Free shipping too!

Yes I can agree!! The have incredible customer service like you cannot believe. You will not be dissappointed by them....at least I havent. And I've been shopping with them for about 2 years!!

I saw a report on the owner, a young guy. The company is very laid back. They like to have fun in the office and really work hard for customer satisfaction. The owner works in a cubical like everyone else. Just a very down to earth guy who happens to be worth millions. I was very impressed by his attitude toward life and business. So although I haven't shopped through them it doesn't surrprise me.
