Favorite Money Saving Tip: Before buying something online, check the Online Coupons link for discounts. Then see if you can save even more by purchasing through bigcrumbs, mypoints, upromise, or other rewards sites.

Budget: I spend $100 a month on produce and eggs, and around $200 a month on groceries & HBA (around $50 a week, but often less). When my husband is home from the sea, our grocery bill is more like $400 a month.

Stores I shop at: Safeway, Target, Albertsons, Fred Meyer, QFC, and Central Market (local store)

Coupon Organization Method: I eat mainly organic, whole foods, so I keep my coupons in a small canceled check file. I also use a larger accordion file for coupons I trade.

Best Advice to Newbies: Start with one local store. Read the FAQs and policies, look at the deals, and ask questions. Once you have your first store under control, add more!
