    Default Dorito casserole

Ingredients are approximations- pretty much throw in what you have!
1 bag Doritos or tortilla chips (won't need the entire bag)
1-2 lbs ground meat (I have used beef, turkey, or venison)
    2 small cans tomato sauce
1-2 cans Rotel (pick how hot you want it!)
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    onion
taco seasoning (I have just used salt, pepper, and chili powder when I didn't have this)
    cheddar cheese

Brown ground meat and onion then drain. Add all canned goods and seasoning-let this simmer for a few minutes. Line the bottom of casserole dish with chips. I crush them a little so I can get more in there. Pour in meat mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until brown on top (about 20-30 min).

This is incredibly versatile- I have just listed what we like. You could put in refried beans, corn, pretty much whatever you want.

Garnish with sour cream and salsa. Serve with salad and corn.
