Hot Crab YUM!!

This is soooo yummy, easy and inexpensive!!!
I used a loaf of french bread, cut in half instead of the english muffins. You can also make it without the bread, and serve it over baked potatoes.

HOT CRAB

1/2 lb. imitation crab
1 sm. onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. celery soup
English muffins, split and toasted

Combine first 6 ingredients, stir well. Put on cut side of English muffin on buttered casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 4.

Believe me...I would too, if I had any!! LOL! But I've gotten so much imitation crab for free!! And I just love free food!!
