I would make it with real crab. But it sounds yummy.
This is soooo yummy, easy and inexpensive!!!
I used a loaf of french bread, cut in half instead of the english muffins. You can also make it without the bread, and serve it over baked potatoes.
HOT CRAB
1/2 lb. imitation crab
1 sm. onion
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. celery soup
English muffins, split and toasted
Combine first 6 ingredients, stir well. Put on cut side of English muffin on buttered casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs. bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 4.
