A.C. Moore ~ Question: Are you able to use AC Moore coupons plus Manufacturers?

Does anyone know if it is possible to use one of AC Moore's % off regular price coupons plus a manufacturers coupon?

For example I have a coupon on art supply item. If they are not on sale there is usually a 40% off coupon on one regularly priced item. So if I bought a package and used the store and manufacturer's coupon on it, would it work?

Or does AC Moore not take manufacturers coupons at all?

Dunno, but I'd love to know what you find out if you try it. I would think they would probably take it. It sure is worth a shot!

I contacted A.C. Moore Corporate today and was advised that they do accept manufacturer's coupons and store coupons on the same item because they are reimbursed for the manufacturer's coupon and view it as a form of payment.

I also spoke to Elaine, a manager with the A.C. Moore in Cary, NC, she confirmed this and stated that the only time it may not work is if both of the coupons caused the total of the item to have a negative balance.
