I wrote corporate to ask how they would handle a BOGO man. coupon with a BOGO sale. Long story short - you can get two free products. Below is their response:

Dear Mrs. Xxxxxxxx:

Thank you for your recent email. We sincerely appreciate you contacting us.

You are correct in stating that you will only pay the tax on an item that is promoted at buy one get one free and you also have a coupon for buy one get one free. Additionally, if you have a coupon for a free item at $1.99 and the item cost $1.50, then we will not be able to accept that coupon. I hope that this information is helpful.

You may already be aware of this. But in Upstate SC, Bloom doubles up to $0.99. The FAQ states doubles up to $0.50.

Newbie question: What do you mean uploaded to your card? Does that mean we can find edeals/eQ's and load them to our Breeze card account or something? And then use them at the register?

I am new to Bloom having just moved to NoVA last month. When they have a promo that states, "spend $50 and get free" this or that, is that the price before or after coupons? before or after the Bloom card?
