Going GREEN

Well this is my first blog and it is all about me and my attempt to go GREEN! I want to thank Earthartisan for posting about HCW's sister site Organic Grocery Deals. I have wanted to try and go green and try organic for awhile but didn't really understand how it all worked. My goal little as it may be is to try one organic product a week, just add it to my weekly shopping trip and see how it goes. Hopefully in a few weeks I will up it to 2-3 products a shopping trip.
This week's product was Horizion's Organic Milk (thanks's to the Bzzz campaign I got this free) and I must say it is really good. I did buy the chocolate milk and me and my daughter really like it. One thing I did notice about the organic milk is that my daughter left some in a cup and I didn't find it for about 2 days. Normally by that time regular milk gets gross and yes chunky but the Horizion milk was not chunky or foul/sour smelling! Makes you wonder what is in regular milk?
