I have a customer service manager background. We use to tell the staff don't get "hooked" during a call.
I think that should apply to my coupon shopping.

Tonight I had trouble with a cashier/office worker that I have had trouble with in the past.
I got hooked.
No I wasn't rude but I did loose my composure, turn red and leave my groceries.
I finally calmed down enough to go back in and speak with a manager on duty.

Went out for a bday party at Outback.
Had problems trying to use the 2@ $50 gift cards and the bonus $20 gc that were purchased back in November.
Yeah - the crts are long gone for a rebate and normally I bal gc before I mail off the crts. :sad:
So we left a $10 tip, believing an error was made by the other server in November.
Then the server figured out she messed up and we have $50 left on the 2nd gift card.

So oop 10.00 and still have a $50...

Following up on a promise from last year. Cost me 5.65 to mail.
