Hi, thickbluebug here.
In this blog we will chart our journey of the deals we are chasing and the rebates we are hunting.
Tossing in some daily thoughts and tips.
Of course there will be drama too. We are couponers and someone is always trying to pee in the cornflakes - so drama is a given. Deal jealous fools trying to spoil the fun.

Thickbluebug Random Thoughts

My family is in the middle of a financial crunch. I am going through the house for a big yard sale.
Paring down clothes, dust catchers, old dishes, old appliances, and my stockpile.
I know with the cold weather coming I won't be able to have another yard sale until April or May. So I am ear marking this money for later.

I have non coupon friends that are complaining about money but won't do anything to help them selves. I even offered to help them and take some stuff to my yardsale. I am so rural I have to load up trucks and trailers and travel to a neighborhood to have a yard sale. LOL

My point is, if you have a financial crunch don't complain - try to find a solution.
I realize it's not always possible to find a solution but sometimes it is.

OK, off my soapbox.

So nice to hear you are making the best of a hard situation. Sorry to hear it's tough for you though right now. Seems it is everywhere.
I wish you well in your yard sale. You could always have a stockpile sale on here too if you have surplus. Take Care!

    Thanks ilv2ship.
I made $1476 at that yard sale and may have one more at the end of the month.
I still have poinsettias and yard decor to sell and have about talked myself into having one more.
