How Coupon Crazy Are You?

Ok. LOL. I admit it. I will pick up coupons off the street. I have actually crossed the street to pick up a coupon I spotted once on the opposite curb. Yeah. I had no problem whatsoever when I presented the cashier at Target with that Q that had tire marks and a jelly stain it. I have stuffed coupons in my purse leftover from someone else's shopping trip in a shopping cart. I've picked up coupons scattered on the ground at the bus stop, by, under, next to garbage pails (in the garbage...residential trash, not commercial). And let's not even go there with those "tried to clip multiple inserts at once and cut too close" accidents. You will see me sitting on the floor with invisible scotch tape, light, and tweezers looking like a lost surgeon from Grey's Anatomy. So if you ever do a trade with me and you see a Q that's kinda crunchy lookin', just know that I salvaged it... from somewhere...

I look for receipts on the ground outside walgreens...never know one might have a MIR ...not a coupon but money...oh coupons are money..I will also get coke codes off cartons people leave in thier cart outside the stores..Trash to them....treasure to mePosted 03-17-2009 at 04:34:32 PM by susiequsie

I always park far away when I go to Walgreens and look at the parking floor when a spot a loong receipt, I know is the $1/$5 survey. Post Office Dumpster Diving
My daughter has a PO box and when our local Hardee's sends out their monthly coupons she checks the trash can in the lobby for all of the throwaways. She tries to go after the post office is closed for the day and no one is in the lobby. We checked with a postal employee and this is perfectly legal and no food or drinks can be put in this can, so pristine coupons for us and her office.Posted 03-18-2009 at 04:24:44 AM by jake1951 -
